Sovereign Citizens?

I’ve seen better examples for this, but, this one was handy so we’ll go with it.  Right off, I do see where it is that these poorly educated people are trying to lead us, though they are, in fact, correct in the assertion that our present system, legal and administrative, is an attempt to reduce us all to the level of slavery, economically and even physically.  I usually comment, myself, on these videos, but, the level of ignorance and compliance is pretty high on these posts, so it would be futility in the highest to go against the prevailing attitude and would only incur abuse.

I was once (and still am) very involved and interested in the ‘Sovereign’ phenomena and movement.  It has endured much in the way of convolution and misuse and abuse over the years, but, essentially, the original premise stands.  Our basic human rights HAVE been forfeited for, shall we say, convenience.  Given that it’s human nature to be lazy in the way of defending our rights as citizens, we have allowed this system… a system devised and implemented by elitist entities and forces… to gradually and effectively take control over us.  We do things nowadays that would have been considered anathema by our ancestors, like paying taxes, particularly income tax, certification needed for many things that would only years earlier have not required the government’s sign-off.  Some say that society is far more complex now and that this is needed to maintain it’s integrity and safety.  I say that it has done more to harm society than benefit it.

Slavery has been outlawed in the physical sense, but, since many influential entities do not even today see this as a good thing, they had to come up with another way to have slaves and so they made it so we enslave OURSELVES by accepting their certifications and approval as necessary for everything that we do, everything from our business, marriage, trades, transportation, many things that we formerly did on our own, for ourselves, without government permission or approval.

Interesting to see how the one defendant would not approach the judge’s bench, which, would have negated any and all rights that she had, placing herself entirely under the jurisdiction of the judge and court.  More than one refer to the system as “Maritime Law” which, simply put, historically placed the entire earth under the jurisdiction of the ruling power’s (Britain) authority, her ships being the primary instruments of enforcement under the command of it’s officers.  Terms like “Officer” and “Master” are commonly used in the vernacular of this movement.  The ship’s master or captain (or admiral, as the system is sometimes referred to as “Admiralty Law”) was second only to God when it came to enforcement of law and order on a ship. He literally had the power of life or death in his hands.  The ship was divided into two parts… the stern area/bridge, was separated from the crew’s (oft-times slave’s) section amidships by a barrier or railing termed the “bar”.  That railing still exists, today, in most court rooms.  By crossing the bar, depending upon which side you were, entered one into the realm of those occupying that space.  The crew (slaves) could not typically cross that railing, nor could the command without being diminished in some way, at least from the command’s perspective.

Being the ultimate authority on the ship, the captain could enact whatever duties/punishments he wished upon the crew.  The symbology still holds play, today, as the judge’s authority is only valid aboard the ship.  (Court)  This is why the judge must have the defendant approach him THROUGH the railing to be on his side, where his authority lays.  If a defendant does not cross this barrier, the judge has no authority over him.  Today, the judge would be forced to proclaim a mistrial as nothing more could be done legally.

Defendants often cite Common Law as their defence, going back as far as the Magna Carta… but, herein lies the rub.  While there are certain inalienable ‘rights’ we as human beings OUGHT to have, there are forces now as in those times that always seek to take away those rights.  In short, we have PRIVILEGES’ which are things that can be taken from us, according to the sufferance of those that grant them.  Originally, the Magna Carta only ensured the privileges of the wealthy and powerful, serfs and slaves never had any to begin with, yet this archaic system is often cited in a ‘sovereign’s’ defence.

I have great sympathy for most that try to reclaim something that never really worked in our behalf to begin with, aside from criminals only hoping to find an easy way out of their predicament.  It would do well to realize that we exist as economic serfs under the authority and rule of evil men and this will always be, right up to the end of our civilization.  They care NOT for your rights!  It’s hilarious seeing all the comments ridiculing the sovereigns in these videos, not for one second realizing that all the laws they understand to day and are subject to were made by elitists with the idea of controlling and enslaving them.  There is no such entity as a free man or woman, not in this day and age!

The in’s and out’s of this are far too complex and numerous to go into in one post, but, suffice to say that society, itself, is to blame for it’s ills as we have allowed unscrupulous men to overtake and usurp our very lives and enslave us with myriads of laws.  We laugh at those with the guts to take on what now amounts to a futile battle, there are simply to many compliant sheep out there, aiding and enforcing the will of the oligarchs.  As is their usual and most effective means of control, peer pressure has proven to be the time-honored tactic to achieve success in anything.  I have watched people destroyed by the system, because, they dared  to openly defy it’s presumptuous authority.  Duped and ignorant allies of the system, those among our own ranks, were always the primary instruments of their demise.  There have been various surreptitious attempts at exposing the system, over the years, through Hollywood productions… like the Wizard of Oz, The Matrix, etc.  However, the system is far too entrenched, now, to be removed by any other than God’s hands… which is inevitable.

My advice to all tempted to follow and  use these futile arguments is to simply wait and see what God can do.  Merely educate others and tell them this: it is a dying system that will fall, along with all of those that instigated it and supported it!

Edit: It should be known that anyone wishing to practice law in the US MUST be a member of the BAR – British Accreditation Registry.  Again, this points back to that ship’s railing and the authority it represented.  Our legal system is patterned, actually descended, from British law.  In that sense, we never really came out from under her rule.
